Hanson’s started out with three piles of lumber, one delivery van and an Airstream trailer as an office. 

Since that humble beginning Hanson’s has grown now supplying lumber and material  not only to South Whidbey Island but all over Island, Snohomish & King Counties and into Central and Eastern Washington.  We’ve shipped material as far as Alaska,  Hawaii and even Japan.   

And as we’ve grown so has our location! Hanson’s has grown to now over 5 acres of fir, treated, cedar, decking, siding, plywood and many other items. We’ve had to add on to the store multiple times also adding  buildings including lumber & plywood storage sheds.  

Hanson’s is a community friendly business. We are proud to support local events, schools,  youth sports teams & clubs and many other  programs.    There is something to be said about a local family owned business. We think it’s pretty special and we hope you will too!
